Because I cannot personally assure compliance with this policy for comments written in other languages, comments not in English may be held for examination indefinitely.
Openness - In the interest of maximizing access, I will ensure that anonymous posting is always enabled. Should spam become too much of a problem, however, I reserve the right to implement any steps necessary to control the proliferation.
